Thank you for shopping at Bonjour Havelock North. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Pre-Owned Items
All pre-owned items are sold as-is and are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on pre-owned items. Product descriptions and condition notes are provided to help you make an informed decision. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. No exceptions.
Standard Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-priced, new condition items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bonjour.havelock@gmail.com and we will make it right.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at bonjour.havelock@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
