Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We ship throughout New Zealand via NZ Post. Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched are:

  • North Island: 2–3 business days
  • South Island: 3–5 business days

Please note these are estimates and delivery times may vary during busy periods.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via NZ Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and the weight of your order. Estimated international delivery times vary by destination — please refer to NZ Post for indicative timeframes to your country.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel via the NZ Post website.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
